Privacy, without mystery.
This notice explains how the CoinProfessor public beta handles photographs and related information. It applies to coinprofessor.ai.
What we process
When you request a photo grade, we process the photographs you select, optional notes you enter, technical request information, and the resulting identification and grading analysis.
Why we process it
We use this information to identify the submitted coin, evaluate visible condition evidence, produce the requested report, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.
Where reports are stored
During the public beta, completed report summaries and small preview images are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. CoinProfessor does not currently provide cloud report history. Clearing browser storage removes these locally saved reports.
AI and service providers
Your submitted images and notes may be transmitted to infrastructure, visual-search, catalogue, market-reference, and AI service providers solely to generate the requested analysis. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
Retention and sharing
We do not sell submitted coin photographs. Temporary server copies may exist long enough to process the request, secure the service, and investigate failures. External catalogue links and visual references shown in a report are research sources, not endorsements or authentication.
Your choices
- Do not upload photographs containing people, addresses, certificates, or other personal information you do not want processed.
- Remove locally saved reports by clearing site data for coinprofessor.ai.
- Stop a submission before pressing the grading button by removing the selected photographs.
